How the AI works

AI is not a feature here. It is the whole pipeline.

Four steps turn your brand kit into a finished concept: understand the brand, concept the angles, generate the visual and the words together, and size the result for the platform you are running on.

The pipeline

What happens when you click generate.

Four steps, run in this order, every time.

01

Understand the brand

Hookmill reads your product description, the truths you listed, your audience, your voice, and your two brand colors. That becomes the working context every later step draws from, so nothing downstream has to guess at the brand.

02

Concept the angles

Given your goal, platform, and count, the language model proposes a set of concepts together rather than one at a time, so it can check that each one leads with a different angle, aims at a different emotion, or makes a different offer.

03

Generate visual plus copy together

For each concept, the image model generates a visual to that concept's brief and the brand's colors while the language model writes the hook, primary text, and headline for the same concept, produced side by side so the words and the picture argue the same thing.

04

Size for platforms

The finished concept is laid out at the real ratio the placement needs, 1:1, 4:5, 9:16, or 1.91:1, matching the actual pixel dimensions Meta, Google, or LinkedIn serve. Nothing is stretched or cropped after the fact to make it fit.

Model-agnostic

Not built around one model.

The language layer is written to swap models, not to depend on one. Hookmill uses whichever available model is best for a given step, and can move to a newer one without a rewrite of the product around it.

If a model key is not configured in a particular environment, generation falls back to a clearly labeled placeholder instead of quietly faking a result. You can always tell a generated concept from a fallback.

The guardrail

Claims come from your product truths. Nowhere else.

Every hook, every line of primary text, and every headline is instructed to draw only on the product description and the truths you listed for that brand. It is a rule at the prompt level, not a suggestion, and it applies to every concept in a set.

What it will not do

Invent statistics, results, rankings, or awards
Write testimonials or quotes from anyone
Make claims your product truths do not support
Ignore a platform's ad policies to sound punchier

What stays with you

You review every concept before it runs anywhere
You are the one who edits or regenerates
Nothing publishes itself
You decide what counts as true for your product

Your data

What we do not do with your content.

A short, plain list, not a policy page.

No training on your content

Your brand kit, your product truths, and the concepts you generate are not used to train a shared model.

The assets are yours

Every visual and every line of copy you generate belongs to you, on any plan, to use anywhere.

Export and delete, anytime

Export a PNG and its copy file whenever you want. Delete a brand or a concept and it is gone, with no separate copy kept around.

Make a week of ads before your coffee gets cold

The free plan generates three full concepts a month: on-brand visual, hook, primary text, and headline, sized for every platform. No card, no watermark on the ideas.
